What to pay someone for taking care of my horse?

Dreamy99 asked:

I'm going home for two weeks and I've asked a girl at the barn to give my horse some extra attention while I'm away. The barn already feeds and mucks but I need someone to give him a little extra. So I've asked her to pick out his feet and blanket when needed and also turn out everyday and lunge him as much as possible. How much do you think I should pay her for the two weeks? Is there like a day rate I should go by or would $20 or $30 be appropriate? I'm a college student so I don't have a ton of money to spend but he's a high maintenance horse and I want to make sure he gets the best of care while I'm gone. thanks
